These Terms of Use govern access to Oakland County Inmate Population. By browsing the site, using a search feature, or following links from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Oakland County Inmate Population is privately owned and has no affiliation with Oakland County, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office, Oakland County Jail, MDOC, any court, or any corrections agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, credit reports, employment screening, tenant screening, insurance screening, or other FCRA-covered services.

What This Site Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail records, court files, booking photos, warrants, FOIA responses, or corrections records. It cannot confirm custody status, release an inmate, file a document, post bond, change a court record, or act for a public office.

The site points visitors toward Oakland County inmate and jail-record resources, including county roster information, MDOC lookup paths, court-record portals, and third-party research tools. Michigan public-record laws such as MCL 15.231 and MCL 15.233 apply to public bodies, while exemptions may apply under MCL 15.243.
